Executive Chef in Judging Panel

Every year for the past 12 years Terry Woolcock, Executive Chef of the Hatherley Manor Hotel has trecked up to Llandudno, North Wales to act as a guest judge at the "Welsh International Cooking Championships"
A very busy 3 days of active competition at all levels, cooking for the International "Dragon" where by 3 International teams compete against each other. Plus seniors and the very popualar junior levels.
Each year, a presentation plate is awarded to the judges in thanks for the expert help. This years is particulary striking!
