Executive Chef in Judging Panel
Every year for the past 12 years, Terry Woolcock, Executive Chef of the Hatherley Manor Hotel has trecked to Llandudno, North Wales to act as a guest judge at the "Welsh International Cooking Championships"
A very busy 3 days of active competition at all levels, cooking for the International "Dragon" where by 3
International teams compete against each other. Plus seniors and the very popualar junior levels.
Each year, a presentation plate is awarded to the judges in thanks for the expert help. This years is particulary striking!
